About Us

Susan Schreck

After running a home-based business the last ten years, Susan decided to start The Witt Groups. Leading a small business, you learn how to do many things. That experience combined with her marketing and communications background provides a solid foundation for supporting small and home-based businesses.

Susan’s background includes marketing, communications and project management in several New York City based public relations agencies as well as holding various positions at AT&T. She also has extensive experience working in early childhood education.

Susan’s last position as a business manager for a specialized retail establishment gave her the opportunity to learn about the workings of a small business and how to stretch limited resources. Through the years, Susan has also provided marketing and social media services to other home-based businesses on an ad-hoc basis.

Susan has assembled a staff of business professionals with various specialties. Each professional has considerable experience in his/her area of expertise. We will work together or separately to meet each client’s needs. We also have access to a variety of individuals with a wide spectrum of business experience.


Stephanie Sedgwick

Stephanie Sedgwick has more than 20 years experience as a writer, editor and office manager. In addition to conceiving and executing original articles published in nationally known outlets, she has managed events, coordinated freelancers, handled customer inquiries and managed the daily workings of an office. Stephanie is committed to providing the highest customer experience while ensuring the best practices for your business.


Jen Cavaliere

Jen specializes in event planning and management. She has successfully executed high-profile corporate, non-profit and politically focused events, including large corporate retreats/conferences, catered receptions/dinners, and political fly-ins. She specializes in managing full event production from composing seasonal food and beverage menus with caterers to coordinating on-site staff like 3rd party vendors, A/V production, and security. Working with our clients Jen can help plan and execute any special event or occasion on schedule and within budget.
